The mission of Respondability, Inc. is to help people learn, unlearn and relearn their innate and unlimited potential for living a purposeful, happy and healthy life by providing life coaching strategies, consult and experiential activities.
Who We Are...
We at Respondability, Inc. are a group of individuals whose talents lie in all manner of healing and educational modalities.
Our leader and organizer - Ms. Amoké Kubat, M. Ed. - has been actively involved in empowering children, youth and young adults as an educator (Early Childhood Education and Learning Disabilities), Diversity Consultant, Writer, and Performance Artist in North Minneapolis since 1987.
She has partnered with community artists and organizations to bring Art, African Culture, and Multi-Cultural Story Telling into her special needs/education classrooms. Ms. Kubat considers herself a "seeds and bridge worker." She plants "seeds of hope" and "builds bridges" to children, their families and communities marginalized by racism, classism, sexism, and poverty.
Amoké is a Minnesota Certified Master Practitioner of the Art and Science of HNLP (Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), as well as a Master Hypnotherapist, a Transformational Life Coach, a Spiritual Intuitive, a Dream Analyst, a Reiki Practitioner and a recognized Spiritual Elder. She is the CEO of Respondability, Inc. and it's daughter company, Living Womb Ceremonies which both provide Life Coaching services for healing and the empowerment of men and women.
Currently Amoké is working on her first book, "Missing Mama: The Experience of Mother Absence in African American Communities." In support of this project, her wish list includes a reliable laptop computer, 6 months of internet service, an agent, an editor for clarity and hand holding, and one year financial support to permit her to write full time.
